College life can be very rewarding, but also stressful. 人生往往有许多种 stressors that college students encounter (e.g., moving, change in financial situation, new found independence, balancing demands of parenting/school/work). 如果你刚开始 to feel stressed or overwhelmed, make an appointment to talk with a counselor. 任何 information that you share with a counselor is confidential (this information cannot be shared with anyone without your written consent).

The 咨询与健康 Center is prepared to assist students and 员工 who 处于危机之中吗.g., suicidal thoughts, anger management problems). 然而,辅导员们 are not available 24 hours per day.
